Come on, you gotta be much more devious if you want it to work. For example, be seen by the girl with another girl in your car. If you work together, take another girl with you to lunch. The idea is to make eye contact with the girl you want through the passenger side window of your car, looking past the girl riding shotgun with you and looking right through the girl you want. Laser beam eyes for just about one second or less... Then drive away. Doing this will get you laid. I swear. :)
