A clinical study of 100 traffic offenders revealed that one of the violators was psychotic, or insane, 12 were definitely feebleminded, and 42 had inferior intelligence. Only 13 were given a clean bill of health as safe and reliable drivers. Nearly one half of the subjects before this clinic for drivers were seriously handicapped by alcoholism.
